Primary Health Care and Integrated Reproductive Health Program
The project aims at increasing the demand for utilization and access of comprehensive RH information and services for men, women and adolescents specifically on Maternal and Child Health, Violence against Women, Family Planning, Adolescence Sexuality and Reproductive Health RTIs/HIV/ AIDS.
Also, through proper information, education and delivery of basic RH package, target urban poor communities can start off in designing their families, lives, sexuality and health in order to establish communities that are gender-responsive, healthy, child-friendly, environment-friendly, bountiful and STD/HIV/AIDS-free as envisioned by the organization.

Background of the Program
Ayos Ka Lungs is a community-driven initiative by SM-ZOTO Inc. designed to promote respiratory health and environmental awareness in urban poor communities, particularly among families living in relocation sites and densely populated areas. Many communities face health risks caused by poor air quality, overcrowding, indoor pollution, and limited access to healthcare information.
The initiative responds to these challenges by combining community education, practical demonstrations, and digital engagement to help residents better understand respiratory health and adopt preventive practices in their daily lives. Ayos Ka Lungs also serves as a digital bridge that connects relocated residents with health resources, community networks, and advocacy tools that support healthier living environments.
